Timeline - 2017 to Present

  • March 2022

    Construction begins on truck washout bays

    February 2022

    Construction begins on brine station

    August 2021

    Vista completes the North Reeves 57-T1-32 B Orla facility. Begins receiving produced water for disposal and selling fresh water and cement grade fresh water

  • June 2021

    Vista nears completion of the Orla site

  • February 2021

    Spud SWD well at Orla Site

  • January 2021

    Construction begins at the Orla site.

  • December 2020

    Closed on Orla site (13 acres on 285) Permitted for 25,000 barrels of water a day, with options for 3 additional permits for a total capacity of 100,000 BWD.

  • August 2020

    Identified additional opportunities for SWD and Pipeline Development in Reeves/Culberson Counties.

  • June 2020

    New Mexico regulator approves 1st commercial disposal permit in Permian.

  • March 2020

    Construction of Selby permanent facility completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

  • March 2019

    James SWD commercial disposal permit is approved and connected to the Christensen SWD facility by a high-pressure pipeline.

    Complete upgrades to Christensen SWD facility and James SWD to bring total, operational disposal capacity to 40,000 BWPD.

  • December 2018

    Vista signs a 5-year pipeline and disposal contract with Continental Resources (NYSE: CLR) for a saltwater gathering system to CLR wells near the Christensen.

  • September 2018

    Vista acquires the Christensen and James commercial disposal wells and begins operations.

  • June 2018

    First of 8 commercial disposal permits are approved.

  • March 2018

    Vista files for its first commercial saltwater disposal permit in Blaine County, Oklahoma.

  • December 2017

    Vista begins acquiring land, SWD permits, and leases in core areas of the STACK/SCOOP of Oklahoma ultimately resulting in 3 commercial disposal wells and 8 approved commercial disposal well permits
